I can name my colors. Listen as I say them:
red and green and orange, blue, yellow, black, and white.
Brown, pink, and purple, ooh,
I like them best when painted on the walls.
I think they're out of sight!
Mom saw all my colors. She screamed,
“What are you [A7doing with ɾed and [Bm]green and [Bm]orange, blue, yellow, black and [Bm]white,
brown, pink, and [Bm]purple paint?"
Mom said she didn't like [F]those colors painted on [C7]my [A]walls.
She said she liked them [A]white!
Boy, am I in tɾouble, but I still like [F]my [A]colors:
red and [Bm]green and [Bm]orange, blue, yellow, black, and [Bm]white,
brown, pink, and [Bm]purple.
Mom made me wash those colors ɾight off of my [A]painted walls.
I think I'll keep them [A]white!"
